A coin that you can see in your wallet may not appear in a total. That is usually deliberate, and there are a few common reasons.
A coin needs a pool where it can be traded to have a real price. Coins without one are left out, so that a coin nobody can sell does not make the total look bigger.
Some apps hide coins worth very little. In Pulse Totals, the setting 'Hide coins under $1' controls this, and you can turn it off to see small coins.
Coins that are not available on PulseChain have no reliable price there, so they are not counted. This also keeps scam and dust coins from inflating the total.
Your Ethereum coins only count when Include Ethereum is on, which is a Pro feature, and only if they have a real trading pool.
Pulse Totals shows you which coins it left out, so a missing coin is explained and not just absent. Open Pulse Totals
