The thing that was checked is in place and looks fine. Nothing needs to be done for it.
Something is present but may not be ideal, or the check could not be sure. A closer look is a good idea, but nothing is broken.
The check did not find something it expected, such as a record or a link. The card explains what is missing and why it matters. The card also says what to do about it.
A note adds information without being a problem. It might explain a detail or point out something that is useful to know. It does not count as a problem.
