With one domain, a reminder in a calendar is enough. With several, you need one list that holds every end date and is checked on a regular schedule.
For each domain, note the certificate end date, the domain registration end date, the registrar and the person or address that receives the renewal emails.
Read the end dates from the live certificate and from the registry or registrar, not from memory. Dates can move when a renewal happens in the background.
Sort the list by the nearest date. Colours help the eye: one for far away, one for soon, one for urgent.
Check the list on a fixed day, such as the start of each month. Anything within the next few weeks gets handled first.
SSL Domain Detective keeps this list for you, with the end dates read from your domains and coloured by urgency. Open SSL Domain Detective
