SPF is a public list of the services that are allowed to send email from your domain. For a small business, those are usually your mail provider and a few tools.
Your email provider is on it, and so is anything else that sends email for you: a newsletter tool, an online shop, an invoicing program or a contact form.
If someone else sends email pretending to be you, receivers can see that their server is not on the list. That makes the message look suspicious.
A new tool gets added, but the list is not updated, and its email starts landing in spam. Or the list names services you no longer use.
Make a list of everything that sends email as your business and compare it with the SPF record. Each service should be on it, and old ones can go.
