SPF is a public list of the servers allowed to send email for your domain. Receiving servers use it to decide whether a message really comes from you.
The list is a text record in your DNS that starts with v=spf1. When a message arrives, the receiving server compares the sending server with the list. If it is not on the list, the message may be marked as suspicious or rejected.
A new email service is added, but the list is not updated. Or the domain has more than one SPF record, which is not allowed. Either way, genuine email can end up in spam.
Look up the TXT records of your domain and find the one that starts with v=spf1. Compare the servers named there with the services that really send email for you.
DNS Domain Detective reads your SPF record, together with DKIM, DMARC and MX, and shows the exact records to fix.
