A public wallet address is meant to be shared, for example to receive coins. A tracker that works from it can read your loans, and that is all it can do.
Everything that is public on the chain: your loans, balances and past transactions. Anyone who has the address can look these up.
It cannot send, swap or move anything, because that needs a private key. A tracker without access to the key has no power over your coins.
A private key or a recovery phrase. An app that asks for either to show you a loan is asking for far more than it needs.
An address links to your activity, and so does any service that stores it. Pulse Lifeline keeps your address on its server only to send warnings, and deletes it when you turn warnings off.
Pulse Lifeline works from public addresses and has no use for keys or recovery phrases. Open Pulse Lifeline
