Alert fatigue is what happens when so many notifications arrive that you stop reading them. The cure is fewer and better alerts, not more.
Start with the coins and moves you would act on. A rule for every coin is a rule you will ignore. You can add more later, once you know what you read.
A small threshold fires all the time. A larger one fires when something is worth knowing. Try a threshold that fires a few times a week, not a few times an hour.
An alert that says why a coin moved saves you from opening the app to find out. If you know the cause at a glance, you can decide faster.
A morning digest can carry the background movement, so the alerts only need to carry the exceptions. That keeps the day quiet without losing the picture.
Pulse Radar combines alert rules, a digest, quiet hours and a daily limit to keep the volume down. Open Pulse Radar
Pulse Radar is in testing.
